When you visit our website, sign up for our events or other services, make a donation, or otherwise interact with us via the website, we ask you for personal information. A person’s name, street address, telephone number, business name, and email address will be acquired only if the person provides that information to the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra.

The Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra does not sell or rent any of the collected information listed above. The Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, or entities working on behalf of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, may occasionally send out mailings to email accounts or street addresses regarding upcoming events, new programming, donation inquiries, or special promotions. Any e-mails sent to you by the Kalamazoo Symphony offer you the option to be removed from the e-mail mailing list. Donations may be recognized in the season program book, and other places. However, donors select whether they are recognized by name, or give anonymously.

Location Data

The Kalamazoo Symphony offers location-enabled services. If you use those services, the Kalamazoo Symphony may receive information about your actual location (such as GPS signals sent by a mobile device) or information that can be used to approximate a location (such as a cell ID).

Financial Information

Any financial information that you share with Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, for example to purchase tickets or make a donation, is processed by Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra’s third-party payment processor (currently Windcave) and is governed by the privacy policy and terms of use of the payment processor. How We Share Your Personal Information

The Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra may also share your personal information with certain third-party service providers, such as contractors, agents, or sponsors, who help us manage or provide our services by, for example: developing or supporting products and features; sending communications on our behalf; processing payment; fulfilling orders; auditing; processing data or statistics; and serving, customizing or delivering marketing. When entering into performance partnerships, both organizations may have access to your data. By purchasing tickets to these select performances, you agree to have your data shared between the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra and our third-party partner.
