Making it Happen

Our team is available to help ensure that you and your group have the perfect concert experience! Follow these few easy steps to set up your Group Sale.

The discounted rate only applies to Regular priced tickets. Discounted tickets do not receive an additional group discount and do not count toward the total group number.

The Kalamazoo Symphony offers various group-friendly events throughout the season. We recommend checking out the Masterworks Series and Special Events. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate group requests, venue and capacity limitations apply.

An Evening with Yo-Yo Ma and the Craft Music series are not eligible for group discounts.

To reserve your tickets, we will need an estimated number of attendees. Please be as accurate as possible. You will have the opportunity to adjust your total when final payment is due two weeks before the event.

Please contact our ticketing manager at 269.459.7882 to reserve your tickets. Your 10% deposit will be collected via credit card, and your seats will be held. If you place your order before the start of the season, your reservation will be prioritized as soon as tickets become available.

Full payment is required upon reserving seats for group orders requested within two weeks of the concert date.

We want to ensure your experience at the Kalamazoo Symphony is as enjoyable as possible. Please review the guidelines we email you and update us on the details of your visit within the corresponding deadlines. Please share any specific accessibility needs your group may have at this time.

We may require up to 21 days’ notice to accommodate specific needs.date.

Final payment is due two weeks before the concert date. Payment on your order can be processed via credit card or check. A receipt will be emailed to you. If you require an official invoice, please notify us. At this time, your group size will be locked in. We cannot modify your order after this deadline. Your tickets will be available for pickup at the Symphony office.

Please arrive as early as possible to leave time for parking and finding your seat. Symphony staff members will be available to answer any questions when you arrive at the venue.

Under 18 Tickets

Under 18 discounted tickets can be purchased along with your group order.

The KSO requires at least one adult for every 20 children in attendance for groups of children under 18. We encourage you to assess your group’s needs and increase the number of chaperones accordingly.
