A rising star takes the stage as the Stulberg Gold Medalist joins the Symphony for a featured performance, led by conductor Molly Turner—praised for her “infectious zest and enthusiasm” and commanding presence.

Florence Price’s Andante moderato opens with rich warmth and flowing lines, before Mendelssohn’s “Italian” Symphony brings a rush of sunshine, effervescence, and an unmistakable spirit of joy.
