Angela Castillo is a dancer, producer and teacher of Peruvian dances. She has been performing Peruvian folk dances for over 20 years and has received awards and recognition as a dancer of Marinera, the national dance, in both Peru and the United States.

With her husband Mauricio Salas, she founded Peruexpresion Folklore Company (2005) one of the most recognized folkloric groups in Peru, with which she participated in international competitions and festivals.

Angela is currently resident teacher at El Alma de la Luna Dance Academy and founder of Killa Dance Project (2024) in Charlotte, North Carolina.
